If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unwashed and uncut fabric within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Package Items

  Carefully fold the uncut fabric and place it in the original packaging or a secure poly-mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the fabric, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
